ELITE Institute is offering GED review classes and we accept students in all academic levels.

What is GED?

General Education Development (GED) tests are a group of four subject tests which, when passed, provide certification that the test taker has American or Canadian high school level academic skills.

Where can we take the GED test?

There are more than 3,200 Official GED Testing Centers in the United States and increasingly in Canada, as well as around the world. Testing Centers are controlled environments. All testing sessions take place in person (not online) according to very specific rules, and security measures are enforced.

Are there testing centers in the Philippines?

In the Philippines, there are two official GED Testing centers: MISNet Education, Inc and Pearson Professional Centers – Manila, which are both located in Makati City.

How to register for the test? How much is the fee?

All test takers are required to create an account at www.ged.com. Once the student has created his account, he will be then choosing his test schedule. The cost of the GED test for test takers varies depending on the state. Currently costs can be as low as $45 as is the case in Maryland, but the typical fee is $120 for all four tests, or $30 for each of the four subject tests.

What does ELITE Institute offer?

ELITE Institute recommends a 20-day review program for GED. Also, it will include 1 pretest and 2 mock tests (which will be scheduled on the 2nd week and 4th week of the program of study).

GED pretest will be scheduled two days before the regular review classes and GED mock tests will be scheduled on weekends (pref. Saturdays). The GED pretest will also serve as a level test for the student for the purpose of determining if an intensive English class is required before the student undergo our GED program.

***This program will be applicable if the student's English level is not basic anymore. However, if the student's English level is not that good, we have to require the student to undergo an intensive English program before taking the GED review class. Most of the questions in the GED require analysis and application thus; a good English level is a must.

*** The availability of the class will be upon request.  Kindly contact us for the time table and schedule!
